Since 2003, Fernando de Almeida and Veronica Siqueira are partners in Fernando de Almeida Yacht Design office, designing boats

ranging up to 67 meters.

FERNANDO DE ALMEIDA

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Fernando de Almeida started his career in the nautical sector in 1989, at the Yankee Delta studio, in Monza, Italy.

In the following year, Fernando worked at Nauta Yachts, in Milan, where he participated in the design of several sailing yachts, including the Nauta 70' and the interior of a whole range of sportsfisherman of Bertram Yachts, in Miami.

From 1993 to 1997 he participated in some sailboat projects in Brazil.

In 1998 Fernando went to Nauta Yachts to participate in My Song 84' project, a Volvo Race sailing boat built in Cookson shipyard, in New Zealand and in several other projects of sailboats from 78' to 130',

In Wally Yachts, based in Monaco, where he stayed from 2000 to 2003, he conceived Wally 143 Esense. And also the Compasso d´Oro ADI award wining Wally 80 sailboats.

VERONICA SIQUEIRA DE ALMEIDA

Veronica started her architecture studies in Makenzie University in São Paulo, in the fourth year she moved Milan, where she worked on furniture and graphic design with the designer Marco Milisich designing furniture, campaigns, fair stands for several Italian Forniture brands and attended some classes in Politecnico di Milano Architecture University.

Then she moved to Nice, in the south of France, where she worked on digital design in Rom, a web agency that provides digital media for clients in the entire Region: Nice, Monaco, Cannes, Grasse, Saint Paul de Vence, Menton.

Back to Brazil she graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the Armando Álvares Penteado Fondation University, did a SMEs MBA in FIA, Fundação Instituto de Administração, and founded, with her partner Fernando, Fernando de Almeida Yacht Design Studio.
